Teaching Bio

Bernard Hiller has been in the industry for over 30 years. He studied with many of the greatest acting teachers in New York and Los Angeles. Developing his own unique techniques and exercises he soon became a sought after acting coach in N.Y.C. He now trains Hollywood professionals using his methods for achieving acting and business success.

Bernard has started the careers of many well known television and film actors around the world including Cameron Diaz and Chace Crawford "Gossip Girl". His acting and success techniques have been featured on Television shows, magazines and newspapers from all over the world. (see Press page for more information) He coaches actors on movie sets and often gives his much sought after Master Classes in 13 countries including  London, Paris, Hamburg and Rome. Bernard held a very special workshop in Tel Aviv at the "Shimon Peres Peace Center" for Palestinians and Israelis. He has been a jury member at many film festivals around the world including the Italian Film Festival, the Polish Film Festival and the Mallorca Film Festival, in Spain.

Bernard has also given workshops on "acting for animators" and worked on the Oscar nominated "Surf's Up". He also trains C.E.O's ,top executives and leading companies around the world the art of sales presentation and public speaking. He also trains managers how to motivate and inspire their team.(See Corporate page for more information) Bernard starred in 4 hit Television reality shows around the globe including in the  US  "The Starlet" with Faye Dunaway, "California Dreaming" for British Television on Channel 4 and "Mission Hollywood" with Til Schweiger for Germany and recently "Living in LALA Land" for Israel.

Bernard started his career as an actor, singer and dancer at the "High School of Performing Arts" in NYC and then performed in several Broadway musicals. He has worked on Films and TV with George Clooney, Michelle Pfeiffer, Helen Mirren and coached LL Cool J, Billy Crystal, Jeff Goldblum, Chord Overstreet "Glee" to mention only a few. His first book will be published next month based on his powerful and unique techniques called "Becoming a Star is Easy" A Revolutionary Guide For Achieving Success in Show-Business & Life. Currently he is working on his new film project as Producer an Writer- "Brundibar" based on a documentary he filmed called "Children of Terezin" Shooting will begin this year.
